Features

New Booking

Shippers can do the following through MTS Logistics’ Dashboard system:

Book Pick-Ups
Schedule Pick-Ups
Arrange Pick-Ups

This enables a faster and more efficient booking process for shippers.

Once the booking is initiated by the shippers, we will:

Receive the booking
Process booking requests
Generate a booking log automatically

These initiatives will further streamline the booking process for shippers.

Booking Approval

A variety of sailing options are provided to our customers, based on the sailing and arrival dates.

Customers can choose the best possible sailing schedule for that order, based on:

Cost
Cargo Urgency
Other Criteria

Customers can also approve shipments within our Dashboard. Following customer approval, MTS Logistics then books the shipment.

Shipment

MTS Logistics’ state-of-the-art dashboard actively receives:

Feeds
Container onboard confirmations
Vessel departure dates

All of this information is easily visible to MTS Logistics customers within the Dashboard.

Online Documents

All documents related to a particular shipments are uploaded into MTS Logistics’ Dashboard, which:

Gives greater control to manage documents
Eliminates paper waste

Customers can also use the Dashboard to view:

Bill of lading copies
Commercial invoices
Packing list copies
Any other document related to that shipment

MTS Logistics can also receive any document that may be uploaded by customers through our Dashboard.

Track and Trace

Through MTS Logistics’ Dashboard, you get full, end-to-end visibility of your supply chain. Features include:

A live track and trace option that starts from the time that shipper places the booking, before even a container number is assigned for that cargo.
Cargo visibility with real-time data from the time the booking is received.
Date tracking from booking date to empty container dispatch to shippers, including gate-in date at origin, transshipment dates, arrival dates, and rail arrival and customs clearance dates.
View many shipment events, giving you full control of the supply chain, a smaller workload, and costs.
Avoid information delays and difficulties with product deliveries and make informed decisions as you have full visibility of logistics and supply chain operations.

Online Accounting

Features include:

View and run reports based on total freight cost spent for any specific month.
View historical payment data.
