Every employee receives two types of training.
- Inhouse training - this training is provided by our supervisors.
- Seminars - outside speakers from well known institutions

*Session One - October 5, 2006 -defining customer expectations and identifying specific ideas for exceeding customer expectations
*Session Two - October 10, 2006 - learning to focus on the customers needs in any type of environment
*Session Three - October 12, 2006 – how to effectively use a repeatable process to respond professionally to customer inquiries.
*Session Four - October 25, 2006 - practiced handling challenging situations in the favor of customers.
*Session Five - October 26, 2006 - development of sales skills and focused on defining a relationship approach to sales.
