MTS Shipping & Forwarding Group was established by the
end of 1990 in Izmir / Turkey. Growing steadily ever since,
MTS Logistics at present operates with 120 experienced staff
and exclusive agents worldwide. Growing at a rapid pace, MTS
has become one of the leading freight forwarders in Turkey.
We have a successful track record of continuous growth in
business since our inception and have retained a consistent
profit growth as well. We specialize in handling "custom
need” cargoes including time sensitive textile shipments.
Our employees maintain a dedicated work ethic to satisfy our
clients’ service requirements. Everyone at MTS Logistics
is aware of our strong commitment to customer satisfaction
and is given the necessary training to do their work towards
achieving a “customer-driven” approach.
One of the advantages of working with us is receiving a very personalized service with maximum efficiency and minimum overhead costs. In providing service, our aim is to develop an efficient and a professional approach in meeting customer requirements and formulate an ideal service package to fulfill customer interest and specifications within their budget.

Service quality is key for MTS Logistics Inc. We care about our clients needs; we recognize the importance of listening to fully understand and meet their requests. We make three to four customer satisfaction survey s every year to get feedback. In line with the results we implement the necessary changes. We also evaluate these survey results comparatively over the years to monitor our progress.
At MTS we understand the value of our clients time. We show a maximum effort to answer all the calls and in cases we can not, we return our clients calls within 10-15 minutes. Although we provide internet tracking/tracing systems, we do not just tell our clients to go online to check the status of their shipments. We know that they would like to hear from us in person, not just through the computers .
