What differentiates MTS from its competitors ?
Service quality is key for MTS Logistics Inc. We care about
our clients needs; we recognize the importance of listening
to fully understand and meet their requests. We make three
to four customer satisfaction surveys every year to get feedback.
In line with the results we implement the necessary changes.
We also evaluate these survey results comparatively over the
years to monitor our progress.
At MTS we understand the value of our clients time.
We show a maximum effort to answer all the calls and in cases
we can not, we return our clients calls within 10-15 minutes.
Although we provide internet tracking / tracing systems, we
do not just tell our clients to go online to check the status
of their shipments. We know that they would like to hear from
us in person, not just through the computers.
Our team is very well trained. We know that only "well trained employees"
who work in a friendly, professional environment can provide
the best service to our valued clients.
